Justine Moore: URLs in Sora
When Justine Moore prompted OpenAI’s Sora with URLs like those for the New York Times, CustomInk, Neopets, and Waymo, the generated visuals surprisingly captured elements that aligned well with each brand.

With Ed Catmull joining Odyssey’s board, the company reaffirms a storytelling-first philosophy, advancing the frontier of “generative world models” for film, gaming, and beyond.
Odyssey’s first model, Explorer, transforms simple images into fully realized, photorealistic 3D worlds, harnessing gaussian splats and enabling creators to edit and refine these environments in familiar tools.
As Explorer evolves, Odyssey envisions real-time world generation, richer motion and detail, and a broader range of creative inputs, ultimately shaping new forms of entertainment and storytelling that transcend today’s creative boundaries.
