Christopher Fryant: Severance Action Figures
I made Severance characters into action figures (w/lore accurate accessories)!

Using the new GPT-4o image generation feature, Christopher Fryant created a series of Severance action figures, complete with packaging and animated video.
The figures depict MDR refiners like Mark Scout, Helly R., and Irving B., each outfitted with accessories that nod to their eerie, corporate lives at Lumon Industries.
PJ Accetturo: Studio Ghibli Lord of the Rings
What if Studio Ghibli directed Lord of the Rings?
I spent $250 in Kling credits and 9 hours re-editing the Fellowship trailer to bring that vision to life—and I’ll show you exactly how I did it 👇🏼

PJ Ace reimagined the Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring trailer in the style of Studio Ghibli, blending the epic fantasy with the renowned Japanese animation aesthetic.
His process involved capturing 102 screenshots from the original trailer, using OpenAI's Sora to transform them into Ghibli-style images, animating with Kling AI and LumaLabs AI, and re-editing to sync with the original trailer's pacing.

OpenAI just added native image generation to GPT-4o, allowing users to create images directly in ChatGPT without switching tools.
The model excels at rendering photorealistic visuals and legible text, with strong adherence to user prompts for detailed control.
Users can also edit existing images, apply transformations, and generate consistent visuals with multiple characters or complex scenes.
Runway just launched Gen-4, its most advanced video generation model yet, with major upgrades to realism, motion, and control.
The model produces more consistent characters and scenes across shots, even when styles, lighting, or angles shift.
It also captures more accurate physics and object interactions, bringing AI-generated video closer to live-action quality.

South Korea's Krafton (known for PUBG) just released InZOI, an upcoming life simulation game poised to rival The Sims.
The game uses generative AI to shape character behavior—players give broad personality inputs, and the characters act on their own, sometimes in unexpected ways.
In one scenario, an assistant professor was fired for skipping work, while another became a hardcore gamer during pregnancy.
Director Hooroo Jackson unveiled the trailer for "A Very Long Carriage Ride," marking cinema history as the first film to have a simultaneous dual-format AI release.
The film arrives in May 2025, and viewers will be able to choose between two stylistically different versions, both made using generative AI.
The story follows two unlikely companions on a surreal journey through a fractured world, blending sci-fi, fantasy, and philosophical themes.
